Requirements for this list: dynamic menu options, decent hours (aka the later the better).
Not all Happy Hours are at a decent time, some are too early to be worth it. I appreciate Happy Hours that go till at least 7 pm. Alternatively, to still enjoy the fun experience of dining out, just go out for appetizers/tapas then eat your main meal at home.
